Job Title: IFW Java Tech Architect/PM

Location: Tampa, FL

Single point of contact for the client senior management

Manage communication between teams, run status meetings, prepare and present delivery status to executive stakeholders

Manage multiple teams and stakeholders around the project deliverables

Manage project and technically guide the team

Providing design solutions involving multiple technologies

Drive the release plans

Drive technical discussions with client technology stake holders and project teams

Candidate should have total IT experience between 10-13 yrs

Should have strong experience in Project Management with successful history of leading project of 15-25 people from requirements gathering through to implementation and support.

Should be familiar with the various design and architectural patterns

Hands on experience on Java/J2EE, Ext Js, Spring (MVC, IOC, AOP)

Experience in Multi RDBMS technologies with Query / Performance tuning knowledge

Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures

Experience in IBM WebSphere, TomCat application deployment configurations

Hands on experience of working with tools like Jenkins, Confluence, Sonar

Scalability to take up more on the growing portfolio by mentoring current team and building project leads

Preferably should have Banking Domain Experience

Good Logic building, reasoning skills
