Job Title: Java Tech Lead

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: FTEs OR Contractors

Salary: upto 110k 70/hr C2C

Translates business requirements into technical details relevant to web application

Design and implement the enterprise web applications using Java/J2EE, Ext Js, Spring Framework

Work closely with clients and team members to implement best technical practices and help teams to identify optimal technical solutions

Guide teams through execution and implementation

Proactively participate in platform design and review activities

Take ownership and accountability for the deliverables in all phases of the development lifecycle

Candidate should have total IT experience between 5-9 yrs

Should be familiar with the various design and architectural patterns

Hands on experience on Java/J2EE, Ext Js, Spring (MVC, IOC, AOP)

Experience in Multi RDBMS technologies with Query / Performance tuning knowledge

Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures

Experience in IBM WebSphere, TomCat application deployment configurations

Hands on experience of working with tools like Jenkins, Confluence, Sonar

Preferably should have Banking Domain Experience

Good Logic building, Reasoning skills

Should be assertive with good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
