Migration Experience on Microsoft Office 365 - Exchange Online and Skype for Business Online
Handling Migrating issues from on-premises to Microsoft Office 365 Including Exchange online with respect to Troubleshooting L3/L2 related issues.
Troubleshooting mail flow Issues
Troubleshooting on different modalities of Lync/Skype for Business, Unified Messaging, IM and Presence
Perform end to end AD enterprise management with cloud expertise like Azure AD, EMS etc.
Recommend efficiencies in the AD
Assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation L3 support which include the definition of needs; benefits; and technical strategy within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing; testing and rolling-out the solutions.
Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle.
Maintain system availability as per multiple Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Produce monthly reporting activity and explain any abnormal system performance
Assist appropriate teams in all phases of Production implementation
Perform system tuning activities where appropriate
Ensure that all documentation for the systems (build books; network diagrams) is updated after changes.
Make recommendations to improve health of the system where necessary.
Participate in various projects and work orders as assigned and complete assigned tasks on time.
Coordinate activities for projects between other teams.
Provide on-call support as scheduled.
Coordinate service calls and requests with team members where necessary.
Respond to incident tickets and provide updates in a timely manner. Escalate where necessary.
Coordinate and implement change records as a result of trouble tickets
Reduce costs where expedient to do so without impacting service availability
Install; configure and administer the operating system and services on Windows server systems
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware; peripherals; services; settings; directories; storage; etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Implement secure networking configurations and ensure Windows systems are maintained at the appropriate system patch and security fix levels
Understand and analyze customers' requirements to design the enterprise technical solutions which meet customers' needs
Co-ordinate and work with Sales team and customer to conduct technical presentation; product demonstration during the sales cycle
Develop technical proposals; statements of work for RFP/RFQ.
Troubleshooting issues Skype login issues, analyzing the Skype logs using snooper tool and keeping the Skype Server and clients with the Latest patch levels.
Experience on Email Filter Services EOP, ATP any other third-party software like IronPort
Experience Mobility Management like Intune/ Mobile Iron and AirWatch
