Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $90/hr

Responsibilities:

Develop Monitoring and Notification Processes using Splunk/CloudWatch and support these Working knowledge of ETL (Informatica, EMR), Airflow to troubleshoot/support infrastructure related issues Write and Deploy Terraform code for new Infrastructure Support of existing CI/CD pipelines and design new ones Support of existing platform infrastructure and onboarding new services Participate in Platform Support jobs and troubleshooting

Strong Problem Solving and creative thinking skills Strong communication & documentation skills, ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language Support of existing monitoring solution and enhance it when necessary Continuously monitor and work closely with cross functional teams to properly optimize/tune analytics systems and recommend infrastructure requirements

Provides resolution for escalated service tickets and monitoring alerts

Technology expertise:

DevOps Engineer with hands on experience in Salesforce S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateways, DynamoDB, RDS, EKS, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Spectrum, IAM, VPC, Kafka etc.

Experience with SFDX (Preferred) and CI/CD, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, GitHub and AWS Docker/Docker-Compose, Containers, ECS, ECR o Cloud Infrastructure automation:

Terraform, CloudFormation is a plus o Scripting (Intermediate) - Python, Bash o Monitoring and Logging (Splunk, CloudWatch, CloudTrail), ELK is a plus o CI/CD: Git, Jenkins o ALM - Jira o Collaboration - Confluence & QUIP o Source Control - GIT/Bitbucket o Testing - Selenium
